How We Rate Casinos
Every operator is scored from 0\u201310 on eight criteria, and the overall rating is the average. Only operators we have checked on the UKGC public register can be ranked.
1. Licence check first
Before anything else we look the operator up on the UK Gambling Commission public register. Operators without an active remote licence are never listed.
2. Eight scored criteria
Safety, withdrawal speed, bonus value, games, payments, mobile experience, customer support and safer gambling tools are each scored 0–10. The overall rating is the average of the eight.
3. Real account tests
Reviews require a completed test log: registration and age/ID verification, a deposit, a support contact, a withdrawal and a check of the safer gambling tools.
