Editorial Policy

Every page follows the same process. First, research: we check the UK Gambling Commission public register, the operator's own terms and conditions, and our test logs, so every fact comes from a source we can verify.

Second, writing: the page is drafted in British English for UK players, following our templates and the rules on the How We Rate page. Bonuses must meet UK rules — wagering of 10x or less, no mixed-product promotions, no credit cards.

Third, checking: each draft goes through a checklist covering facts, bonus terms, links, responsible gambling wording and page structure before it can move forward.

Fourth, approval: Oliwer Brewitz, our Head of Content, reviews and approves every page. Only then does it carry the 'Reviewed by' label with his name and the approval date.

Fifth, staying current: licences are re-checked at least every 30 days and facts are revisited when operators change their terms, so pages stay accurate rather than being published once and forgotten.

We only state facts we can verify from operator terms, the UKGC register or other reliable sources. Where data is missing, we leave it out rather than estimate.

Commissions never influence scores. Rankings are based on our testing, and advertisers cannot buy a better position. Ratings follow our published method on the How We Rate page.

We follow the CAP and BCAP advertising codes. We never present gambling as a way to make money or solve financial problems, and never target under-18s.
